DYCORE is our military division and are currently recruiting. We run missions and provide security duing mining ops.
Below are the ranks you can earn in DYCORE. You will earn your rank by Skill Points (SP),skills, and if your Senior officer thinks your ready.
You must be with the corporation for an amount of time before you can move up.

Starting= Cadet.
Cadet:
When you join the corporation you will begin as a cadet.When you are a cadet you will learn the roles that will be required of you. When you have the necessary skills and SP you will be promoted by a senior officer.

Private E-1
TIC: 7 Days
1 mil SP:
When promoted to a Private you will have more responsiblities. You will have more access to the hangers and will have some power over cadets. You will be expected to assist them.
Privates in DYCORE must be able to tank. All of the first set of learning skills must be level four.

Private E-2:
TIC: 14 Days
1.5 mil SP:
To become a 2nd class private your senior officer must think you have good leadership qualities. If the senior officer in charge sees you fit as a good leader you will have a group of cadets assigned to you. You will teach them all the basics you were taught as a cadet. You will be incharge of them and will help them.

2mil SP= Corporal
Corporals are incharge of the Privates. They help and get to know them, so they can give recommendations for promotions. Corporals will be squad commanders during fleet ops.
Leadership lvl 3, Information Warfare lvl 2, Skirmish warfare lvl 2, Siege Warfare lvl 2, Armored Warfare lvl 2.
TIC: 30 Days

3mil SP= Sergeant
TIC: 45days
Seargeants are the "directors of operations." They organize dates and times and make sure everybody is prepared. At the end of the ops they will be responsible for selling and dividing the isk between the players.

Necessary Skills for DYCORE: Leadership lvl 5, Information Warfare lvl 4, Skirmish warfare lvl 4, Siege Warfare lvl 4, Armored Warfare lvl 4.

5mil SP=Master Sergeant
TIC: 60 days.
As a Master Sergeant you will have alot of responsibilites and will be respected greatly. Sergeants must have outstanding knowledge of EVE and must have exceptional leadership qualities.
Necessary Skills for DYCORE: Leadership lvl 5, Information Warfare lvl 5, Skirmish warfare lvl 5, Siege Warfare lvl 5, Armored Warfare lvl 5, Wing Command 3.
