MINING COMPANY is the foundation of Mining-And-Trade. We are a mix of miners, manufacturers, salvagers, and Traders. All who which work together to get the job done.

We are currently recruiting. To join you must have a positive sec status and must not have been in any hostile corporation in the past 6 months.

Below are the ranks you can earn. You will earn your rank by Skill Points (SP),skills, and if your Senior officer thinks your ready.

You must be with the corporation for an amount of time before you can move up.

Starting= Cadet.

Cadet:

When you are a cadet you will learn the ropes and roles that will be required of you. When you have the necessary skills and SP you will be promoted by a senior officer.

1.5mil SP= Private

TIC= 14days

To be promoted to a private you must have: Mining lvl 3, All starting skills to atleast lvl 3, industry 3, refining 3.

5mil SP= Mining Officer

TIC= 30 days

Mining Officer:

As a mining officer you will be the mature and well disciplined player. You will be the designated Lead Foreman for mining ops.

Necessary Skills: Mining Foreman 5, Mining 5, Leadership 3, industry 5, refining 5, mass production 3.

TIC= 60 days

Senior Mining Officer:

Senior Mining Officers are like Master Sergeants. Senior Officers are the most experienced miners in the corp. They control almost all of mining company

Necessary Skills: Mining Foreman 5, Mining 5, Leadership 5, Mining Director 5, Wing Command 3, mass production 5, refining efficiency 5, mining upgrades 5.
